Don't Shoot at No One's Grandma!

Things I've learned or relearned from watching TV/ DVD's the past couple of days:

1. Drug dealers usually don't try to kill their enemies as they take their grandmas to church on Sunday.
2. Barack Obama is so charming that he can make Charlie Rose look like a good interviewer.
3. It sucks to be a woman in most parts of Afghanistan.
4. Credit card companies are damn evil.
5. There is a really cool structure built in Norway.
6. The commentary on the "Freaks and Geeks" episode with Mr. Fredricks, Mr. Kowchevski, and Mr. Rosso is one of the funniest things I've seen in awhile. Did you know that Mr. Kowchevski is gay?
7. Dan Rather hasn't always looked like Dumbo.
8. Even in 1973, Margot Kidder was odd looking.

Any time I watch Charlie Rose it baffles me how he ever got his job and why he's still paid to do it. A clueless, oblivious, tactless man. But he gets great guests. I don't understand it.
