I can't say that this project was the most amazing thing I've ever seen, but when I think about how the process and the way it is received by the public is part of the whole thing, I can't help but be impressed with it. I don't plan on going back to it before it is taken down. Handwashings has already been twice. It will be interesting to get his take on it after a number of visits. I'm looking forward to the Maysles film that will be on HBO this summer.

princess leah the chihuahua is the best house guest ever. i miss her.
i'm torn: i kind of want to see them, but now that i've seen all the pictures and even seen it from space (pretty underwhelming, by the way), i'm not sure that mkaing the trip is at all necessary.
