First baseman CARLOS DELGADO, who chose to join the Florida Marlins in the off-season even though the Mets offered him a more lucrative contract, came to Tradition Field on Thursday to film a television commercial for the Boys and Girls Club. "What's done is done," Delgado said after the filming was completed. "No sense crying over spilled milk. I made my decision, what was best for me at the time."
What was best for me at the time? He hasn't even played a game with the Marlins and he's already regretting his decision? Pathetic.
