BRITAIN: GIRL, 16, HELD IN 'HAPPY SLAP' ATTACK A 16-year-old girl was arrested and charged with being part of a group of youths that attacked another girl in Manchester while filming the incident on a mobile telephone. The victim, 16-year-old Becky Smith, was briefly knocked out and spent two days in the hospital with head injuries. The assault was the latest example of an apparent British craze known as "happy slapping," in which youths randomly attack passers-by and then use their mobile phones to circulate pictures of the victims. Miss Smith's mother, Georgina, said that video phones should be banned from schools.

This is what happens when kids don't have access to their parents loaded handguns stored in an unlocked cupboard like they do over here. Assholes tend to stay in the gene pool a little longer, alas.
