SHR and I have begun what hopes to be a not so painful experience - looking to buy an apartment. I don't care that in the rest of the country, house prices have fallen for the first time in eleven years. That ain't quite the case in Brooklyn.
A couple weeks ago, Beth joined us as we went to a couple of open houses in Clinton Hill. The neighborhood borders my old stomping grounds of Ft. Greene. We'd love to live there but it might be out of our range. Still, open houses are always fun.
Especially when Beth finds secret hiding places.
And then gets busted.
Get out of there!
No shame, no shame at all.
We didn't find an apartment to buy on this day but we did go back to Beth's to watch the Mets projected all big like on her wall.
