some anonymous complaint to the health dept about the greenpoint warehouse. they've been on the block for 30+ years. it is zoned for industry. there are hundreds of illegal apartments on the block these days though. so it must have been some illegal hipster that doesn't like fish that complained.
no matter. nothing happened. charlie is a smooth talker.
