2009 Movie List

I've been putting together a year end movie list since 1998. I used to have a rule that all movies had to have been seen in the theaters by January 1 to be included on the list.

At this point though I've loosened my own self imposed rules by quite a bit. I now allow myself to include movies seen on DVD. I also give myself until the Oscars to put out the first "draft" of my list.

i'm really shocked by how high adventureland rated. one of the most boring movies i've ever seen with personality free lead stars and a completely wasted amusement park backdrop. phooey.
